Gene expression for 22 tissues (Clevenger et al., 2016) using the BAR eFP browser is available on the gene model pages.
Whole genome visualization of hits added to the BLAST results page, for searches against the A. duranensis or A. ipaensis genomes (nucleotide-nucleotide search or protein-nucleotide search).
