Peanut Core Collection Genotype Phenotype Project

"Characterizing The USDA Peanut Core Collection Through Genotype And Phenotype Information" is a NIFA-funded project to genotype the US peanut core collection of 800 accessions to attach genotype data to each accession, assess the genetic diversity of the collection, search for marker-trait associations for key traits using GWAS analysis and to estimate the rate of mixed or heterogeneous accessions in the collection.
