- Gene family memberships and trees (at legumeinfo.org) have been rebuilt using Phytozome 10.2 family models, and now include seven legume species, including Arachis ipaensis and Arachis duranensis.
- Improvements were made regarding the handling and presentation of genetic maps and marker data.
- QTL data from Burow, Starr et al. (2014a), Mondal, Hadapad et al. (2014a), and Selvaraj, Narayana et al. (2009a) are now available.
- Numerous bug fixes.
