SNPs for the 2nd generation 48k Affymetrix SNP chip (Axiom_Arachis2) have been aligned on the A. duranensis and A. ipaensis genome browsers.
SNPs from Agarwal et al. 2018 aligned to the A. hypogaea Tifrunner browser.
SNPs and high density map from Agarwal et al. 2018 loaded into database.
The gene model annotation from NCBI is now on the A. hypogaea browser.
